- Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Damaged or defective items can be returned anytime — contact us first
- Sale items are eligible for exchange only (not refunds)
- Custom / personalized orders are non-returnable
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within:
- Online payments (UPI/Card): 5–7 business days to original source
- COD orders: Refunded as store credit or bank transfer within 7 days
- You'll receive an email/SMS confirmation when refund is initiated
